Well, my cheap system is done. Damn it sounds good. When I got my truck a couple of weeks ago, of course the 11 year old speakers were dry rotted. I replaced all four with 6½" Pioneers. These were the CHEAPEST line of Pioneers I could find. I think they were $50 a pair. I transplanted my Pioneer head unit from my last vehicle (DEH-3800MP). I mounted and installed my Wal-Mart $99 black Sony Xplod 4 channel amp on the back wall. This is running my front speakers and my cheap Wal-Mart Sony Xplod 10" sub in my cheap Wal-Mart DIY 10" sub box that sits behind my driver seat. The HU, Amp, and Sub were all transplants from my last vehicle. BTW, I hate running wires.

Another look

Some of the cheapest Pioneer 6½" speakers I could find. These were about $50 a pair.

Another look at the speakers.

My cheap Walmart $99 4 channel amp.

You can see my amp and 6½" rear Pioneers here

For $99 you cannot beat this amp!

My cheap 10" Sony Xplod in my Walmart DIY box.

My 8 AWG wire and fuse that came in the cheap Walmart Scosche kit.

Here's where I routed the wire into the cab.

Just showing you how I routed the power cable.
